The problem
Agencies were running client work across five tools and a Notion doc. Context lived in nobody's head, status updates ate six hours a week per PM, and clients kept asking questions the team had technically already answered.
The approach
- 01
Designed one dense surface that unifies client, project, and comms — no more tab-hopping.
- 02
Wired an assistant that summarises threads, drafts weekly updates, and flags at-risk projects.
- 03
Kept the UI deliberately dense — this is a tool for operators who live in it, not for tourists.
The solution
An auth-gated hub with per-client dashboards, cross-project analytics, and an embedded AI assistant grounded in the agency's own project data and comms history.
